Embassy of Japan approved the proposal by myJICA to conduct one day Haiku Workshop in September 2007. The event is in conjunction with 50th Anniversary of Japan-Malaysia Friendship Year 2007.

Actually we completed the following activity;….

1 – Preparing and organizing “amusement visit “to orphans kids from

2 – The first training course for International Computer Driving License (ICDL).

3 – JICA activates and projects in Jordan.

4 – Flower arrangement ( Moribana )

5 – JAAJ annual meeting. Conducted on 21 December.2006 with approximately 85 participants at Amman Arena space Hotel.

6 – Utilization from experience of Japan to Reduce work accidents and improve productivity

Malah anak kelahiran kota Tokyo, Jepun ini juga adalah wakil Persatuan Muslim Jepun di Malaysia sejak 1995.

2. Chirimen Handicraft Workshop

chirimen2.gifChirimen is a type of fabric that is weaved specially to create crepe on its surface. It is usually made of silk and is used to make kimonos. At this workshop, the participants will learn how to make a chirimen pouch.

Volunteer staffs are urgently needed for “Taihen Project in Malaysia”
Volunteer staffs are needed for “Taihen Project in Malaysia”, a theatre project featuring Malaysian and Japanese physically disabled performers, organized by The Actors Studio (TAS) and The Japan Foundation, Kuala Lumpur (JFKL). This production is directing by Ms. Kim Manri, the Artistic Director of the Theatre Troupe Taihen.

The volunteer period is from 26 March until 8 April 2007, for both rehearsals and performances.
