We’ve had a wonderful session of cooking and eating last Saturday for our 2nd Japanese Cooking Class. Below are the details :
Date : Saturday 2nd July 2005
Venue : No. 28, Jalan Cincin 11/6, Seksyen 11, 40100 Shah Alam.
Menu : Miso soup, onigiri (rice balls), Japanese omelette
A total of 22 participants were there, including the sensei which are Ms. Kumiko Murata, Ms. Nana Ueki and Ms. Sumiko Tanaka. We even had our past president, Mr Mohamed Razif Kamarudin and wife coming in to lend their support to the event. Also many thanks to our gracious host, Mr Azimbazri Abd Shukor, wife and family for their generous hospitality.
