Mt. Fuji XPDC: Training & Preparation

Sunday, July 2nd.
Our second training cum briefing run smoothly. Majority of the participants attended the session.

The preparation:

At high-level such as Mt. Fuji, normally ordinary person will have altitude sickness such as headache, vomit etc. To avoid that, don’t teke too much food. Just enough for the energy required. Power bar, power gel etc. is good.

Shoe:
Good shoes or hiking boot is a necessary:

good shoe … and cheap.

fulfilling a promise made 15 years ago when they visit Perak on June 10.

Back in 1991, Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko who were
